One plan, many facades
Most plans are sold in two to four elevation styles. Buyers compare them side by side, so the camera, sky and landscaping must be identical and only the facade should change. We model the plan once, then build each elevation as a layer on top. That keeps the set consistent and the cost down.
| View | Used for |
|---|---|
| Front elevation, eye level | Plan pages, listing sites, sales boards |
| Corner view | Corner lots and side elevations that buyers see |
| Rear with patio | Plans that sell on the backyard |
| Dusk | Hero images and signage |
Spec levels and colors
If your elevations come with color schemes, we can render each scheme from the same camera. Send the exterior selections sheet with siding, trim, roofing, stone, window and garage door picks for each one.
Matching the plan set
We build from the drawings, so window sizes, roof pitches and porch depths match what you'll build. If two drawings disagree, we ask before choosing. That matters for sales: a render that promises a bigger porch than the plan creates problems at closing.
Questions
Can you update renders when a plan changes?
Yes. We keep the model, so changing a window or a porch is a small revision, quoted before we start.
Do you add people and cars?
If you want them. Many builders prefer a clean driveway and a few trees.
