Why buyers use them
A buyer comparing plans online wants to know where the furniture goes and how the rooms connect. A furnished 3D floor plan answers that faster than a line drawing, and it's often the second image they click after the elevation.
Structural options
Builders offer options such as a fourth bedroom in place of a loft, an extended covered patio or a morning room. We render the base plan and each option as a separate image, or as an overlay, so buyers see what changes.
Base plan
Every level, furnished, with room labels if you want them.
Options
Each structural option as its own image from the same camera.
Series style
One furniture kit and color scheme across all plans.

Questions
Can you do a whole plan library?
Yes. We set up the style once and work through the library, which keeps every plan consistent.
Top-down or angled?
Either. Top-down reads best on small screens; angled cutaways make better hero images.
Releasing a new plan or phase? Send the plan set and elevation options and tell us what the images are for.
